Our 40,000 foot record center, completed in 1998, is the only facility in East Central Florida built exclusively for record storage!  PDS' facility was designed from the ground up to comply with ARMA (The Association of Records Managers and Administrators) and NFPA (The National Fire Protection Association) guidelines including tilt-wall (concrete) construction, a climate-controlled environment, sophisticated fire suppression and monitored access control/CCTV system.
