PDS is an off-site records management facility that serves a broad range of clients including attorneys, accountants, car dealerships, medical offices, governmental agencies, realty offices, among others. PDS offers convenient, prompt, and confidential services pertaining to records storage, retrieval, and destruction. We're not only bonded and insured, but, in addition, every PDS employee has received a comprehensive background screening and is required to sign a confidentiality agreement.  Our facility, procedures and employees are also NAID AAA Certified.

At PDS, we utilize a bar code records storage program - O’Neil’s Records Storage for Windows. The system is not only used for tracking each container in storage, but also, to provide each client with detailed reports identifying exactly what they have in storage and each container's anticipated destruction date.  PDS also offers it's clients secure web access through O'Neil's RSWEB software.  RSWEB allows the client to access their account easily and quickly.  Reports, orders, item tracking, and account editing can all be done quickly and efficiently from any computer terminal with web access and the proper authorizations.
