Document Imaging / scanning-
PDS will scan all of your important documents and provide you with private, secure online viewing, ftp transfer, or a data CD/Hard Drive.  We also provide Scan on Demand.  We can help you decide on the right imaging solution for your organization.    

Bar Coded Document Storage -
PDS will store your storage boxes in our air-conditioned, alarm secure facility in a bar-coded location. Storage is charged per month for each box.  You don't pay for unused storage space which is common in off site "personal storage" arrangements. 

Prompt File and Box Retrieval -
PDS operators are standing-by for your order whenever you need a file or box from storage. Each retrieved file from storage is affixed with a bar code label and tracked in a manner similar to the method used by most major shipping/mailing companies.

Pickup and Delivery of Files -
PDS drivers are dispatched to your location whenever you need new boxes, need to have boxes picked up or files delivered. PDS provides same-day or next day delivery for orders placed prior to 10:00 a.m. At PDS, you always have access to your files 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
 

Computerized File Indexing -
PDS, as an option, has the capability of creating an accurate listing of all files in every box you have in storage. This service is very helpful to our medical and legal clients.

Document Destruction -

Customized Inventory Reporting -
PDS provides its clients with quarterly reports showing exactly what the client has in storage at no extra charge. Report information includes: type of document, container year range/sequence, description of the box contents, and an anticipated destruction date.
