Professional Data Storage & Delivery, Inc. (PDS) is a Florida Corporation formed in 1996 where the majority stockowner is Mrs. Jeannette Corbett.  Mrs. Corbett’s family has been in the records management business since 1983.  Our services include off-site document storage, retrieval, imaging, delivery, and destruction.  The company’s day to day management decisions are made by a team of part-owners, Jim Myers & Kevin Mirth.  Mr. Myers has been with the company since its inception.  Mr. Mirth has been with the company since 2002.

The company began with one account storing 500 cubic feet of storage and now boasts over 300 clients with over 150,000 cubic feet of records storage.  PDS provides professional services to client who are located from Titusville, FL south to West Palm Beach, FL and west to Orlando, FL.

During its first expansion in 1999, PDS built a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot records storage center in Melbourne, FL.  PDS’ facility is the only records storage center in Brevard County specifically designed and constructed from the “ground up” to comply with ARMA  (The Association of Record Managers & Administrators), NFPA  (The National Fire Protection Association), PRISM  (Professional Records & Information Services Management) and the State of Florida Records Storage guidelines including tilt-wall (concrete) construction, a climate controlled environment, a media vault with FM-200 fire suppression technology, and sophisticated sprinkler and alarm systems.  The building was built as a “true” records storage facility.

In 2003, in order to meet the growing document destruction needs of our customers, PDS created a sister company in the same facility - Cross-Cut Shredding, Inc.  Our document shredding company is the only locally owned and operated NAID AAA Certified company based in Brevard County.

In 2006, PDS added document imaging and electronic storage to its lineup of services.  In doing so, PDS completed its goal to provide all aspects of off-site records management.
