At PDS & Cross-Cut Shredding, Inc., we utilize a Windows-based software program, RS-SQL, which utilizes a complete bar-coded tracking system for optimum services regarding all of your records management needs.  This program is written and supported by O’Neil Software, the global leader in commercial records management software.

Our 40,000 square foot records center was designed from the ground up to comply with ARMA  (The Association of Records Managers and Administrators), NFPA (The National Fire Protection Association), and the State of Florida guidelines for document storage including tilt-wall (concrete) construction, a climate-controlled environment, and sophisticated sprinkler and alarm systems.  Our facility is the only “true” records storage center in the area built for the specific purpose of document storage.  We invite anyone for a complete tour of the facility.

Cross-Cut Shredding, Inc. is a AAA NAID certified company (for plant-based operations) specializing in the destruction of hard copy documents, media, and film.  Our off-site shredding facility can shred up to three (3) tons per hour.  Not only are we helping our clients maintain their State and Federal compliance obligations, but we are also helping the environment by recycling 100% of the material that we destroy.
