Our media vaulting and rotation services include customized media pickup, delivery and rotation schedules designed to meet the needs of your organization. At pickup, the media is scanned for tracking and then transported in secure, alarmed, and environmentally controlled vehicles to our facility. Upon arrival at PDS’ media vault, each tape or container is scanned and placed into a bar-coded location for future retrieval.

In the unfortunate event of an on-site data loss, PDS’ media vaulting service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by just contacting our customer service center. This enables our clients to quickly resume business operations. We guarantee an emergency delivery within two hours if geographically possible.
